Robots now is it?

Now this is worth the post,

Was talking to a parts supplier.  He was relaying an incident where he had ordered a idler arm three times and three times it arrived a tie rod end instead.

He finally contacted the warehouse.  The warehouse manager, exasperated, said, "Well the robot doesn't know which part it's picking up!"

Really now!  If we order a water pump are we supposed to be satisfied if the robot decides to give us a steering wheel instead?
